            Let me introduce you to the Running Y Ranch  
We moved here at the end of 2024. Please view the Running Y Ranch Resort page for an overview of our community. After a year of settling in I decided to obtain my Oregon Brokers license.  I have my California Brokers license and am also licensed in Nevada.  We were drawn to the Running Y Ranch Resort due to the small community size, proximity to Klamath Lake, our year-round amenities and of course, the natural beauty. Oregon's only Arnold Palmer championship golf course, a fabulous sports/fitness center, community market, the Running Y lodge and 2 community restaurant's are added amenities! Sky Lakes Medical hospital and the majority of needed medical offices are only 15 minutes away. Every physician we have worked with has been wonderful. We have two Bernese Mountain Dogs which love exploring our 6+miles of paved trails and hiking all the incredible near-by forests. Even walking our 1.75 mile block is a beautiful experience. I am active in the local garden club, the dressage club and am an avid pickleball player. The city of Klamath Falls is conveniently a short 20-minute drive for most necessities.  The larger city of Medford has all of your big city stores and the area airport.  It is about an hour scenic drive through the majestic pines.   

Marketing and working with sellers has been a strong point over my almost 39 years, although working with buyers allows me to introduce you to the Running Y Ranch Resort. My CRS designation, Certified Residential Specialist, also helps with real estate referrals throughout the USA. I also have an SRES, Seniors Real estate Specialist, designation.
